About Me
I am a student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a focus on business and technology. I am interested in how innovation, digital transformation, and strategy can be used to solve real-world problems and create meaningful impact.
Through my coursework and projects, I have explored how organizations can improve both performance and social impact. For example, I have worked on developing solutions that enhance corporate social responsibility programs while maintaining operational efficiency.
What sets me apart is my focus on both ideas and execution. I aim to not only understand concepts, but also apply them in practical situations. I am particularly interested in roles where I can combine analytical thinking, creativity, and technology to drive innovation.
This portfolio reflects my learning, projects, and evolving perspective as I continue to grow professionally.

Title: Why Digital Transformation Is About People, Not Just Technology
Digital transformation is often misunderstood as simply adopting new technologies. However, what I learned in this course is that the real challenge lies in how people adapt to those technologies. Companies frequently invest heavily in advanced tools but fail to see meaningful improvements because they are only automating existing processes instead of redesigning them.
One key takeaway for me is the idea of “digital dexterity.” It emphasizes that organizations need employees who are willing and able to use technology to rethink how work gets done. This requires leadership, collaboration, and a culture that encourages experimentation. Without these elements, even the most advanced technology will not create value.
This perspective changed how I think about innovation. In the future, I want to focus not only on technological solutions but also on how organizations can build systems and cultures that allow those solutions to succeed. Technology is just a tool — people are what make transformation possible.
